Our Butcher’s Block showcases the finest cuts of locally sourced, premium beef, cooked to perfection over an open fire using European charcoal and ironbark. This method infuses every bite with deep, smoky flavours and a perfect char, enhancing the natural richness of the meat.

From the 300g MB4+ Flank Steak to the indulgent 1kg Butcher’s Choice Steak, each cut is served with a rich red wine jus and your choice of condiment, allowing the quality of the beef to shine. Whether you’re after the bold bite of a Sirloin, the tenderness of an Angus Rib Fillet, or a Butcher’s Selection of the best available cuts, this is steak done right.
