FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY AND LICENSING
Due to the nature of the venue’s license and policies, we are unable to permit patrons, guests or invitees to bring liquor or food onto the premises.
Kindly note that we are unable to provide takeaway containers at all times.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL AND MINORS
The Squire’s Landing practises the Responsible Service of Alcohol. All guests under the age of 18 must have a guardian present at all times during their stay in the venue. All minors must vacate the premises by 10pm.
PROPERTY AND DAMAGES
The Squire’s Landing will take all due care with guests and third party property, however we do not take responsibility for any items that have been left behind, lost, stolen or damaged on the premises.
CAKEAGE
$3 per head cakeage fee applies to all restaurant bookings and events wishing to bring external cakes in.
GROUP BOOKINGS
A surcharge of 10% will be applied on all Sundays and a surcharge of 15% will be applied on all public holidays across both floors of the venue.
For groups of 8 and above in the Restaurant, we have a compulsory set menu. A customary 10% gratuity is applied to the final food and beverage bill.
Terms and conditions apply if cancelling your booking within 24 hours, or not showing up for your restaurant booking. Reducing guest numbers is treated as a cancellation.
